Frequently asked questions about AIM World and GEO

AIM World  ·  Updated 2026-10-21

AIM World is a generative AI agency that makes brands easier for AI engines to find, understand and quote, and produces AI-native creative. It runs GEO as a 90-day sprint priced per scope, guarantees deliverables rather than citations, and works in English and Spanish.

These answers describe how AIM World works today. Prices and timelines are confirmed per project after a short call, and anything that depends on a third-party platform is checked against that platform's current documentation before it is promised.

Frequently asked questions

What is AIM World?

AIM World is a generative AI agency that helps brands get found, understood and quoted by AI engines, and produces AI-native creative such as video, CGI and previsualization. It works with brands from Miami, Los Angeles, Dubai and Madrid, in English and Spanish.

What is Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)?

Generative Engine Optimization is the work of making a brand's pages, structured data and public reputation clear enough that AI systems such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, Claude and Copilot can retrieve the brand and describe it correctly when people ask about its category.

How is GEO different from SEO?

SEO and GEO share the same foundation: crawlable pages, useful content and technical accessibility. The difference is the outcome measured. SEO looks at rankings and clicks on a results page. GEO looks at whether AI answers mention the brand, describe it accurately and cite its pages, which needs content that still makes sense when one passage is lifted out of the page.

Which AI engines does AIM World work on?

AIM World measures and works on ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and AI Mode, Gemini, Claude and Microsoft Copilot. Each one retrieves content differently: ChatGPT search and Copilot depend heavily on the Bing index, and Google's features depend on Google Search, so a site that is missing from either index cannot be cited there.

How long does it take to see changes in AI answers?

Technical fixes and new pages can be deployed in days, but changes in how AI engines answer usually take several weeks, because pages have to be crawled, indexed and picked up by retrieval. AIM World organizes GEO as a 90-day sprint and measures against a baseline taken before the work starts.

How much does GEO with AIM World cost?

AIM World prices each GEO sprint per scope after a 20-minute call. The cost depends on the number of priority pages, the markets and languages involved, how much off-site authority work the category needs, and whether the client's team or AIM World publishes the changes.

Does AIM World guarantee AI citations or rankings?

No. No agency controls what an AI engine cites. AIM World guarantees deliverables deployed and verified within the agreed timeframe, and reports citation and mention changes as measured results against a baseline, including the runs that were not favorable.

Does my site need an llms.txt file?

An llms.txt file is optional. Google has stated it is not a requirement for its search features. AIM World can add one, but it never replaces pages that answer buyer questions, structured data that describes the business, and crawlers receiving a valid response from the server.

Is blocking GPTBot the same as blocking ChatGPT search?

No. OpenAI uses OAI-SearchBot for search and GPTBot for model training. A site can allow search and decline training. AIM World never replaces a client's robots.txt with a generic template, and reminds clients that robots.txt does not protect private content: that needs authentication.

Does AIM World also produce AI video and creative?

Yes. Besides GEO, AIM World produces AI-native creative: brand video, CGI, previsualization and campaign assets built with generative pipelines, reviewed by human directors. Timelines depend on scope and approval rounds.
